2nd Location Of Convenience Store Chain In Harford Co. Celebrating Grand Opening This Week

The second Harford County site of a popular convenience store chain will open this week and hold a grand opening celebration.

BEL AIR, MD — The first Sheetz location in Bel Air will open this Thursday with a grand opening celebration starting at 9 a.m.

The new Bel Air location is the second Sheetz in Harford County; the other is in Joppatowne. The new store, located at 1915 North Fountain Green Road at the Hickory Bypass intersection of US 1, will open its doors at 8 a.m. There will be prizes awarded during the grand opening, including a $2,500 Sheetz gift card. There will be two $250 Sheetz gift cards given away, too.

As part of the celebration, Sheetz is donating $2,500 each to the Maryland Food Bank and Special Olympics of Maryland, company leaders stated. Anyone who brings a non-perishable food item to be donated to the Maryland Food Bank during the grand opening from 9 to 11 a.m. will receive a Sheetz branded bag, limited to one per customer while supplies last.
