A warrant has been issued for the arrest of one woman suspected in the thefts, and investigators are working to identify the other two suspects.
On Dec. 5, Harford County sheriff's deputies were called to the Walmart on Fallston Boulevard for the report of a theft involving three suspects. After the items were scanned at the register, the suspects grabbed the electronics and ran from the store without paying, the police report said. The stolen merchandise has been valued at about $1,800.
A person saw the suspects leaving the store and captured them on video, as well as a license plate number. Deputies confirmed the vehicle was registered to China Banisha Woody, 33, with an address in Owings Mills. During the investigation, deputies determined that Woody was involved in the theft and a criminal summons has been issued for her on theft-related charges.
