Rosette, who has been with the department since 2007, works in the Inter-Agency Processing Center at the detention center. The release cites Rosette's dedication and attention to detail that, according to sheriff's office officials, has even led to the discovery of contraband including tobacco and illicit drugs during searches of inmates.
