Bel Air Crime: Vandalism In Marywood

The following information was supplied by the Harford County Sheriff's Office, Bel Air Police Department and Maryland State Police. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

Four instances of vandalism were reported Monday on neighboring streets in the Marywood Development off Vale Road in the Bel Air area. These and other recent incidents are outlined below.

Kingsville man charged with disorderly conduct

Roger Lee Spiker, 51, of the 2500 block of Loloa Drive in Kingsville, was charged March 8 with disorderly conduct.

Abingdon man charged with drug possession

Anthony David Neuman, 20, of the first block of Porter Drive in Abingdon, was charged March 12 with possession of marijuana, failure to display registration on demand and failure to display license on demand. The charges stem from a 12:45 a.m. traffic stop on Woodsdale Road east of Maryland Route 924 Abingdon, according to court records.

Abingdon man accused of violating probation

Reginald P. Russell, 32, of the 100 block of Waldon Road in Abingdon, was arrested March 13 on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended. Russell pleaded guilty to the charge in Sept. 2011 and is now charged with violating his probation.
