Bel Air Downtown Alliance To Offer Alcohol At First Fridays In 2022
The alliance was granted permission from the Harford County Liquor Control Board to sell beer and wine at its First Fridays celebrations.

BEL AIR, MD — The Bel Air Downtown Alliance was given permission to serve beer and wine during First Fridays this season.
During its meeting Wednesday morning, the Harford County Liquor Control Board approved the nonprofit’s request to offer beer and wine at its block parties in Bel Air on the first Fridays of the month.
Northeast Beverage will provide the liquor.

A professional company will check IDs and pour the beer, organizers said, noting there would be a system with tickets for beer and a separate tent for alcohol.
Bel Air First Fridays will be held in the parking lot adjacent to Black Eyed Suzie’s and the Main Street Tower on May 6, June 3, July 1, Aug. 5, Sept. 2 and Oct. 7, organizers said.

Food trucks, vendors, a beer and wine garden and live music will be part of the festivities, which will also include children's activities, according to the Bel Air Downtown Alliance.
The address for the event is 121 South Main Street, and it runs from 5 to 8 p.m. Admission is free.
