Bel Air Hosts Elkton, Harford Tech at HDG: UCBAC Football Week 2

Week Two of the 2013 football season kicks off Friday night for Upper Chesapeake Bay Athletic Conference teams.

Schools from Harford and Cecil counties will compete in UCBAC action—some of them head-to-head while others will face non-conference competitors to start the season.
