Bel Air's Kite Festival Soars

Mild temperatures, sunshine and crisp breezes greeted kite enthusiasts in Bel Air Saturday.

The town's eighth annual kite festival was a hit thanks in part to the weather and event organizers.

Dozens of kites dotted the sky over Rockfield Park recreational fields between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. with young children to adults trying their hands at kite flying.
