The class will take place in a heated room and will focus on heart-opening poses.

"The hot class, it’s a special one, we’re going to have it by candlelight,” Gagnon said. “We will do poses that open the front of the body; the heart.”

The class, which runs from 6:30-8 p.m. Feb. 10, will also include an element of meditation. The class is $16 per person.

On Saturday, Feb. 11, Peace Yoga is offering a partner yoga class.

"The partner yoga class is fun, it's a more interactive class," Gagnon said. "You're kind of leaning into people."

She said the partner class also involves more talking than a typical class.

The class will take place from 3:30-5:30 p.m. Saturday. The cost is $30 per couple.

Gagnon said Thursday there were five spots available for the "Hot Slow Flow" class and space for four pairs in the partner yoga class.

"We do encourage people to pre-register because space does fill up," Gagnon said.
