Crash On I-95 Closes Lane, Shoulder Near MD 24: Officials

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Two vehicles crashed on Interstate 95 north in Harford County midday on Monday, officials said, prompting a lane closure near the exit for MD 24.

The crash occurred on I-95 north around mile marker 76.4, past the exit for Route 24, according to authorities.

The right deceleration lane and shoulder were closed, officials said.

A tractor-trailer with a ruptured saddle tank was spilling fuel in the area, according to the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company, which reported hazmat and environmental personnel were responding.
