Harford County Teen Is Missing; Woman Wanted In Kidnapping: Officials

A Harford County teen disappeared this week, and officials say a warrant has been issued for the arrest of a woman they believe is with him.

ABINGDON, MD — A teen is missing in Harford County, and authorities are asking for help finding him.

Brandon Elijah Floyd, 16, was last seen at 10 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12, officials said, noting that investigators believe he left his home in the 3600 block of Long Ridge Court in the early morning hours Wednesday.

He was wearing ripped blue jeans with a black hoodie and wearing Nike Air Force 1 sneakers, according to authorities.

The Harford County Sheriff's Office reported a warrant was issued for a woman in connection with his disappearance.

Jessica Nicole Farias, 40, who has an address in Brooklyn, Md., is charged with kidnapping, officials said.

Authorities believe Brandon and Farias are traveling to Florida and recently stopped in South Carolina.
