A lunchtime concert sponsored by the Town of Bel Air wil take place Friday, May 24 from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m. on Office Street between the Harford County Circuit Court building and M&T Bank.
Food vendors are available and tables and chairs are provided. Music by "Jules Jams". Admission is free.
