4 Townhouses Damaged In Edgewood Fire, Officials Say

A two-alarm fire broke out Friday in a townhouse community in Harford County, officials said.

EDGEWOOD, MD — Four townhouses were damaged or destroyed after a fire in Edgewood Friday afternoon, officials said.

Fire was through the roof of one townhouse in the 1900 block of Brookside Drive, where the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company reported flames spread to other homes in the area.

Disaster assistance personnel were helping those who were displaced by the two-alarm blaze, fire officials said.

The Office of the State Fire Marshal was reportedly investigating the cause of the fire.
