Flood Watch Issued For Harford County
Rainfall could total 1 to 3 inches by Saturday morning, according to the National Weather Service.
HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A flood watch has been issued for parts of northeastern Maryland, including Harford County. The watch comes after a rainy Friday afternoon.
Precipitation is not going to let up, with rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches expected through Saturday morning, forecasters say.
Excessive runoff could result, leading to flooding of rivers, creeks, streams and other low-lying areas and flood-prone locations.

The flood watch is in effect from 5 p.m. on Friday to noon on Saturday for these areas:
- Harford County (northwest and southeast)
- Baltimore County (northern)
These towns were specifically mentioned in the watch: Aberdeen, Reisterstown, Jarrettsville and Cockeysville.
