FOREST HILL, MD — Maryland has a storied tradition of military service, with countless individuals dedicating their lives to protecting our nation. Evan is a Lieutenant Junior Grade Communications Officer. He joined the Navy in 2022. He is respected by his family and friends. We are so proud and grateful for all of his accomplishments this far. The sky’s the limit! Thank you for your service. We love you!
