Harford County Hosts Hazardous Waste Recycling
The collection will take place Saturday at the county disposal center in Street.

Harford County residents will be able to dispose of household hazardous waste Saturday.
The Local Emergency Planning Committee and Harford County Office of Recycling will hold a collection event Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Harford Waste Disposal Center at 3135 Scarboro Road in Street.
Waste including oil-based paints, bleach, pool chemicals and mercury thermometers may be disposed at the event, according to a press release. Residents must show proof of residency. Business or commercial farm waste will not be taken.
