Harford County Parents Rally For Reopening Of Schools
The Maryland State Board of Education on Monday urged schools to reopen, and parents rallied in Bel Air calling for in-person learning.
BEL AIR, MD — In Harford County, a group of parents held a rally hours after the state's school board met to urge schools to reopen.
"They are falling so far behind because they are not retaining any information online," parent Melissa Lynn said. "They literally sit there."
