I-95 Vehicle Fire Snarled Traffic Sunday In Harford County
A fire on Interstate 95 jammed traffic Sunday afternoon near the Baltimore-Harford county line.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A vehicle fire on Interstate 95 south snarled traffic for both north and southbound drivers Sunday afternoon in Harford County, officials said.
Before 2 p.m., authorities reported a vehicle fire broke out on I-95 south before the exit for MD 152/Mountain Road.
The fire was in the area of mile marker 74.5, state transportation officials said.

All lanes were closed on I-95 south before the Route 152 exit, the Maryland Transportation Authority reported at 2:20 p.m.
Crews from the Abingdon Fire Company and Kingsville Volunteer Fire Company responded, according to the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company, which was also at the scene.

Officials said only the slow shoulder was open for those on I-95 south, while the left lane was closed for those headed north.
"Expect delays," the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company advised.
By 3:40 p.m., authorities said all lanes had reopened.
