Before it was vacant, the property housed Half Pints and Terrino's. Most recently, it operated as Della Rose's, which closed in 2019.
Nick Liberatore, who also owns Lib's Grill in Perry Hall, told the Harford County Liquor Control Board in December that he hopes to open the Lib's Grill in Bel Air by June. He was given tentative approval to sell beer, wine and liquor.
Lib's Grill will be at 1204 Agora Drive in Bel Air.
