Man Charged After Allegedly 'Flashing' in Bel Air

A Darlington man is facing charges of indecent exposure in Bel Air.

A man was arrested after allegedly exposing himself to Bel Air residents more than once Tuesday afternoon.

Dean Cecil Carden, 28, of the 3900 block of Conowingo Road in , was charged Tuesday with two counts each of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.

"Homestead village has had two episodes of a man exposing himself to teenage girls. [Bel Air] police [were] very active and supportive," one concerned citizen wrote in an unsolicited email to Patch.

arrested and charged Carden in connection with indecent exposure incidents in and around the Tuesday afternoon, Deputy Chief confirmed Wednesday.

“I know that they did make an arrest yesterday," Peschek said Wednesday.

The deputy chief was waiting for the final report before releasing additional details.

“[Carden] had an active arrest warrant out for him through us," said Monica Worrell, public information officer with the .
