20-Year-Old Man Shows Genitals To Group Of Teens In Aberdeen: Police

ABERDEEN, MD — A 20-year-old Aberdeen man has been arrested after callers reported to police that he was exposing himself to children.

On Oct. 10 at 6:14 p.m., Aberdeen police officers were called to the unit block of Pritchard Avenue and met with a teenager who said they were in a grassy field in the unit block of East Bel Air Avenue when a tall man with brown hair approached them and a friend and motioned for them to go over to him. Once they approached the man, he exposed his genitals to the victims, according to police.

Officers arrived on the scene and began canvassing for the suspect. They located a man fitting the suspect’s description in the area where the incident happened and, after a brief investigation, arrested William Robert Brooks Jr, 20.
