Tonya Estep, 38, is missing from Middle River. She was last seen at 6:10 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 31, in the 9600 block of Pulaski Highway. She is 5 feet, 1 inch tall and 118 pounds. Call the Baltimore County Police Department at 410-307-2020.

Anthony Givens, 21, was last seen in Owings Mills at 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 28. He was in the 9800 block of Bale Court wearing a black shirt and gray pants. He is 6 feet, 1 inch tall and 230 pounds. Call the Baltimore County Police Department at 410-307-2020.

Wadnisha Onjoline Zephirin, 24, disappeared from Germantown at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 26. She was last seen on Turmeric Court, and her family last spoke with her at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 27. William Birmingham, 64, disappeared from Baltimore at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 26. He was wearing a navy-blue jacket with "Standard Auto" on the front with black pants. He is about 5 feet, 4 inches tall and 145 pounds. He frequents the Morrell Park and Pigtown areas, according to police. Call the Southern District detectives at 410-396-2499.

Jaelyn Peggy Coles, 13, disappeared from the Pikesville area around 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 26. She was near Yennar Lane at Otley Court. Jaelyn is about 5 feet, 2 inches tall and 115 pounds. Call the Pikesville Police Department at 410-887-1279.
