Old Navy Closed End Of Day Thursday

Thursday was the last chance shoppers had to visit Old Navy in the Harford Mall.

At the end of business yesterday, the mall's longtime anchor store permanently closed its doors, a store employee confirmed.

Now that the Bel Air store is closed, the nearest Old Navy location is at The Avenue in White Marsh.

Lauri Altman, Harford Mall manager, said a new retailer is already slated to take over the space.

Encore Shoes will take over the lease May 1 and begin renovating the space, Altman said.
