Overturned Vehicle Traps 1 On Trimble Road: Officials

EDGEWOOD, MD — One person was hospitalized on Wednesday morning after getting trapped under a vehicle in Edgewood, officials said.

A truck overturned on Trimble Road at MD 24 before 6 a.m., according to the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company.

In less than five minutes, officials said volunteer firefighters freed the victim from the wreck.

The person was taken to the University of Maryland R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center with serious injuries, fire officials said.
