It’s summertime and the livin’s easy, so why don’t you add some sparkle to your lazy summer days?  I’m Theo, a VERY friendly boy who loves everyone and everything!  I just love to give big sloppy kisses to humans and dogs to show some love. I’m quite handsome too with my white coat with brown freckles. I’m a southern gentleman from North Carolina who needed a change of scenery and came to Baltimore in hopes of finding a new family.  I can’t wait to meet you!
