A vacant department store at the Harford Mall is a demolition site.
BEL AIR, MD — The former Bel Air Sears store is being demolished to make way for a new standalone shopping center.
The town of Bel Air signed the demolition permit Feb. 2, according to Community and Public Relations Manager Patti Parker.
Once the Sears is knocked down, a new grocery store and shopping center will be built, separate from the mall.
