BEL AIR, MD — More than 3 inches of snow fell in Harford County Saturday, and forecasters warned of black ice Sunday morning due to frigid temps.
Garrett County saw the most snow across Maryland, with 9.7 inches in Grantsville, based on preliminary reports submitted to the National Weather Service.

- Norrisville: 4.7 inches at 7 a.m. Sunday
- Forest Hill: 3.5 inches at 2:55 p.m.
- Norrisville: 3.5 inches at 3:15 p.m.
- Forest Hill: 2.5 inches as of 11 a.m.
- Bel Air: 1.5 inches by 1:30 p.m.
- Forest Hill: 1.1 inches at 1 p.m.
Harford County was under a winter storm warning until 3 p.m. Saturday along with parts of Baltimore, Carroll, Frederick, Carroll and Montgomery counties, with up to 2 inches of snow expected to fall between 11:30 a.m and 3 p.m., officials warned, with wind gusts as high as 50 mph.
The Baltimore-Washington region was under a wind advisory until 1 a.m. on Sunday due to the potential for strong gusts up to 45 mph that may blow down tree limbs and power lines.
