Students Injured In School Bus Crash That Shut Down MD Route 543
MD Route 543 closed temporarily Thursday afternoon after a crash involving a bus and another vehicle occurred with injuries to students.
BEL AIR, MD — A crash involving a school bus left students with minor injuries and shut down part of Maryland Route 543 Thursday afternoon.
According to the Harford County Sheriff's Office, Route 543 closed in the area of Crescent Knoll Drive in Bel Air while officials investigated the crash.
Officials confirmed that the crash involved a Harford County Public School bus and another vehicle.
Some students on the bus suffered minor injuries, but police said the status of the driver in the other vehicle is currently unknown.
