Town Hall Meeting In Bel Air Moved To Armory
Interest in a public hearing about a local business in Bel Air prompted the move to a bigger venue.

BEL AIR, MD — A public hearing involving Independent Brewing Company will be held in the Bel Air Armory. The hearing is slated for Monday, Nov. 1.
"We are moving it to the armory so we can do social distancing," Town Administrator Jesse Bane said during a work session Tuesday night in Bel Air.
The request from Independent Brewing Company has drawn a great deal of public interest, Bane said.

Independent Brewing Company has asked for a change in town code as it aims for expansion. The request was to allow for satellite parking without maintenance and for the ability to grow outdoor capacity.
New advertisements were sent out and would be in The Aegis Wednesday and Friday, letting people know about the change in venue, town officials said.

The hearing will be at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 1, at the Bel Air Armory, 37 N Main St, Bel Air, MD 21014.
