4 Kids Robbed At Gunpoint; 3 Suspects Face Multiple Felony Charges
The robbery occurred on April 21 in the area of Woodmont Avenue and Old Georgetown Road, police said.

BETHESDA, MD — Three people are facing charges after Montgomery County police said they robbed four children at gunpoint.
Jason Castello and Nicholas Clarkson, both 20, and a juvenile male were charged following the April 21 armed robbery that occurred in the area of Woodmont Avenue and Old Georgetown Road.
According to police, the trio approached four juveniles near that location before one pulled out a gun and pointed it at one of the victims. They demanded money and took cash and property from the victims, police said.

According to authorities, the victims were then ordered to walk to a nearby ATM to withdraw more money. They were also threatened with death if they reported the crime to the police, authorities said.
While escorting the victims at gunpoint to the ATM, authorities said the trio noticed a Montgomery County Police vehicle approaching, causing them to run away from the scene.

Officers later located and arrested Clarkson and Castello. On April 30, a search warrant was executed at their home in Chevy Chase.
Clarkson and Castello, both of Chevy Chase, were taken to the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit, where they were charged with armed robbery, first-degree assault, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and related charges. They are both being held without bond.
An arrest warrant has been obtained against the juvenile male suspect, charging him with armed robbery, first-degree assault, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and related charges.
