A Look Inside Tout de Sweet, Bethesda's Newest Pastry Shop
French bakery debuted Saturday on Woodmont Ave.
For connoisseurs of French pastry, Bethesda’s newest pastry shop, Tout de Sweet, is a must-try. Started up by Chevy Chase husband-and-wife team Sofia and Jerome Colin, the new shop debuted Saturday at 7831 Woodmont Ave., near Veteran’s Park.
The shop has a sleek and modern look, and sells classics like macaroons, mousse cake, croissants, cupcakes and muffins. Their colorful macaroons also make for an interesting window display.
The store adds its own twist to traditional European and American desserts, said Jerome Colin, who hails from France. Customers can expect “a quality product with a little touch of originality,” Colin said.
