A Wrap-Up of the News Week in Bethesda: Feb. 21 - 27

The ICC, weather woes, crime news, and the Oscars all made headlines this week.

This week in Bethesda news, a man accused of stealing the car of slain American University professor Sue Marcum – again. Deandrew Hamlin was released last month, but is now back in custody after Tuesday, a judge set his bond at $250,000. His case is expected to go to trial in April.

A caused some traffic headaches and delayed school openings Tuesday morning.
