The mansion, on Holly Leaf Lane near Congressional Country Club, was built in 2016. The home was built by Winmar Construction to inspire a South Miami vibe, according to the listing.

"The grounds are stunning with privacy landscaping and lighting accentuating every amenity, such as the full-size tennis court with stadium lighting, elevated spa cascading into the heated linear swimming pool, detached Pool House complete with cabana bath, outdoor kitchen, and the finest s’more-worthy fire pit," the listing said.
News4's Erika Gonzalez, who received a tour of the home, said the mansion's kitchen has a "wow factor, for sure."
One of the basketball courts is located in a basement within a basement, according to Gonzalez's tour of the home.
The indoor court was already in the home when Beal bought the mansion. The only change he made was to pull out the floor to the court and add an authentic NBA hardwood floor, Justin Levitch, founder and president of RLAH Real Estate, told Gonzalez.
