Chevy Chase to Hold Social Media Demonstration
What's a town tweet? Hashtag what? Get your questions about social media apps answered.
Terms like tweets, hashtag and selfies are used on a daily basis, but not everyone knows what the fuss is about.
The Town of Chevy Chase will hold a social media presentation, featuring Pam Holland of Tech Moxie, on Saturday, Nov. 8 from 2 to 4 p.m.
Holland will give an easy-to-understand explanation and demonstration of the latest social media applications with an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the presentation. You can also find out how the Town of Chevy Chase is using these social media platforms to connect with residents.
