BETHESDA, MD — Chicken on the Run, a restaurant on St. Elmo Avenue in downtown Bethesda that shut down in the spring, is returning to the same space, according to a report.

“There is still kitchen equipment and even tables inside, so it probably won't take as long for them to get up and running as a whole new restaurant would,” Robert Dyer @ Bethesda Row reported Sunday.

Back in the spring, the owner of the Peruvian rotisserie chicken restaurant told Robert Dyer @ Bethesda Row that the landlord did not renew their lease.
