Concern For Missing 68-Year-Old Bethesda Man: Police

The Montgomery County Police Department is seeking the public's help in finding a missing 68-year-old man from Bethesda.

Phillip Richard Hornor, 68, was last seen Saturday morning in the 6000 block of South Court Dr. in Bethesda, according to Montgomery County Police.

BETHESDA, MD — The Montgomery County Police Department is seeking the public’s help in finding a missing 68-year-old man from Bethesda.

Phillip Richard Hornor was last seen Saturday morning in the 6000 block of South Court Dr. in Bethesda.

Hornor is six-feet tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has salt and pepper hair, and was last seen wearing a long sleeve cream color shirt with dark green stripes, dark slacks, and an American Flag baseball cap. He is currently clean-shaven.
