District Falafel opened the doors to its new restaurant in Bethesda, allowing customers to enjoy its delicious Middle Eastern food indoors.
BETHESDA, MD — District Falafel opened the doors to its new restaurant in Bethesda, allowing customers who enjoyed the company’s meals from its food truck to get out of the cold and eat indoors.
The restaurant serves fresh-made falafel, hummus, gyros, and wraps made with falafel, lamb, or chicken.
"My friend, we did not invent falafel. But for sure we made it better," the restaurant says in a video.

District Falafel started out as a food truck serving the D.C. area. The new bricks-and-mortar restaurant is located at 10315 Westlake Drive in Bethesda, next to Westfield Montgomery Mall.
"In 2015, we started a falafel truck serving only freshly made falafel, crisp on the outside and tender from within, served with warm pita and fresh vegetables to offer our customers a completely authentic experience," District Falafel says on its website. "Fast forward to 2022, and District Falafel has parked! We now open our doors to the public and welcome you in."
