Bethesda's Gallery B Exhibit To Feature Works By International Lineup
Gallery B is hosting a new exhibition in February that will explore artists' interpretation of scents and how they evoke emotional memories.

BETHESDA, MD — Gallery B is hosting a new exhibition in February that will explore artists’ interpretation of scents and how they evoke emotional memories.
The exhibition, “ScentS of it All,” organized by the Art4Us Artists Coop and will feature artwork by Nana Bagdavadze, Katty Biglari, Antonella Manganelli and Grazia Montalto. It will also include pieces of art by fellow co-op artists selected as part of their ART4US “Scents of it All” juried show.
“ScentS of it All” will be on display from Feb. 9 through March, with an opening reception on Saturday, Feb. 11 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Gallery B.

Hours for the show at Gallery B, located at 7700 Wisconsin Avenue, Suite E in Bethesda, will be Thursday through Saturday from noon to 5 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 4 p.m.
ART4US is a group of international artists offering their unique mix of creativity, painting, photography, handcrafted jewelry and more.

"Scent can evoke a vivid palette of emotion and memory and transport the self to another space and time," ART4US says.
Here's the lineup of artists whose work will be featured at the February exhibition at Gallery B:
- Nana Bagdavadze, born in Georgia, is a classically trained artist whose artwork has been exhibited in the United States and Europe. Bagdavadze earned her MFA degree in painting and pedagogy at the Academy of Fine Arts in Tbilisi, Georgia, where she also taught for several years before moving to the United States in 1990.
- Katty Biglari moved to Washington, D.C., in 1978 to attend college and pursue her dream of becoming a painter. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design and completed her Master of Fine Arts at George Washington University. Working in abstraction, she conveys her thoughts through imagery, color, and lines.
- Antonella Manganelli was born in Italy and raised in a family of art collectors. She embraced her artistic roots and became an art student, collector, curator, dealer and artist. She has shown her work in Italy, Northern Virginia, and North Carolina.
- A Parisian-born artist who grew up in Naples, Italy, Grazia Montalto moved to D.C. in her early 20s. She has always been interested in artistic expression, and her passion for art spans many mediums. Grazia has a special interest in architecture, silversmith, and drawing and has over 25 years of experience in print and digital design as a graphic designer and art director.
