Frugal Families: Best Deals Around Town

1.) MY EYE DOCTOR

 Deal: Contact lens packages are only $89 at My Eye Dr., 4465 Willard Ave., Chevy Chase. The package includes an eye exam, a contact lens fitting and a three-month supply of CooperVision Encore Premium disposable contact lenses (a year's supply of which usually costs around $300) and follow-up care. The package does not include daily contact lenses or colored, toric or bifocal lenses. Other spherical brands of contact lenses will have additional fees.

3.)    LINDT CHOCOLATE

Deal: Receive a free Easter Basket when you spend $35 or more on Easter chocolate; Fill up a free spring gift bag with as many Lindor Truffles as you can for just $30.

4.)  NATIONAL JEAN COMPANY

Deal: National Jean Company is closing its Bethesda location at 7301 Woodmont Avenue. Merchandise throughout the store is marked down between 30 and 70 percent.

5.) MICHEAL’S

Deal: 40 percent off more than 100 basket styles; 50 percent off custom framing order; 40 percent off any one regular price item through April 21.
