Golf Theme Coming To Sports & Social Bethesda For Father's Day Weekend

BETHESDA, MD —Sports & Social Bethesda is offering golf-themed drink specials and prizes totaling more than $500 as part of its Father’s Day Weekend Celebration that will run from Friday through Sunday.

Guests can order “fore” dollar Miller and Coors drafts, plus enter a golf bag raffle and participate in a Pick-a-Player Hole-in-One Challenge.

“What better way to celebrate Father’s Day than with a putting competition, golf giveaways, our Pick-a-Player Hole-in-One Challenge, and the U.S. Open on our giant screen,” Bryan Harris, general manager of Sports & Social Bethesda, said in a statement. “Throw in FORE dollar Miller and Coors drafts along with one of our new boozy milkshakes on the patio and you have the perfect weekend.”

In the Pick-a-Player Hole-in-One Challenge, guests can pick a PGA player in the U.S. Open and win a $200 Sports & Social gift card if that player gets a hole-in-one during the weekend.

Located at 11580 Old Georgetown Road in the Pike & Rose dining and shopping area of North Bethesda, Sports & Social serves nachos and wings, salads, sandwiches, curated cocktails and specialty drinks, and a beer selection that includes local favorites from Flying Dog Brewery, Silver Branch Brewing Company, Denizens Brewing Co., and 7 Locks Brewing.

Guests can also enjoy skee-ball, foosball, pop-a-shot, and arcade games. The location has a dog-friendly outdoor patio, where the Father's Day putting contest will be held.

Sports & Social Bethesda, the dining and entertainment venue's only location in the Washington, D.C., area, is open Mondays through Thursdays from 4 p.m. to midnight, Fridays from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m., and Sundays from 11 a.m. to midnight.
