Model Homes In Bethesda's New Amalyn Community Open To Public
Toll Brothers Inc. held a grand opening this week for two new model homes in its Amalyn community in Bethesda.

BETHESDA, MD — Luxury home builder Toll Brothers Inc. held a grand opening this week for two new model homes in its Amalyn community in Bethesda, where residents will find great amenities inside their new homes and get to enjoy plenty of green spaces outside their homes.
Developed by Toll Brothers, Amalyn, situated on a 75-acre site, will include a total of 304 residences. The community is located near the Democracy Blvd. exit off the Interstate 270 spur in Bethesda.
"Our new Amalyn community is a rare find; it’s luxury living at its finest with expertly crafted homes and a resort-style living experience that home buyers have come to expect from Toll Brothers," Eric Anderson, regional president of Toll Brothers in the D.C. area, said in a statement.

The Toll Brothers model homes are open to the public at 6940 Greyswood Road in Bethesda. The community will offer two collections of home designs.
The Toll Brothers homes in the Moderne Collection feature 3,950 to 4,475 square feet of luxury living space with four to six bedrooms and attached two-car garages. The homes in the Nouveau Collection feature 3,349 to 4,162 square feet, with three to seven bedrooms and attached two-car garages.

The homes offer open living spaces perfect for entertaining plus multiple rooms for private retreats, and opportunities to create exciting outdoor living. Home prices start at $1.45 million.
The community will also feature a 4,000-square-foot clubhouse, indoor and outdoor fitness, club rooms for social events, and a swimming pool with private cabanas.
