Mother's Day Makers Market At Park Potomac To Feature Vendors, Music
Park Potomac is holding a Mother's Day Makers Market on May 13, an event that will feature more than 35 local crafters, makers and artisans.

POTOMAC, MD — Park Potomac is holding its first Mother’s Day Makers Market on May 13, an event that will feature more than 35 local crafters, makers, artists and artisans.
The Mother's Day Makers Market, which Park Potomac is holding in partnership with Locally Crafted, will take place on the lawn at Park Potomac from noon to 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 13. Lulu’s World Rock Band will provide live music at the event from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
As part of the event, restaurants at Park Potomac will be providing food and drink specials.

“This is a great opportunity for the community to visit, shop for Mother’s Day gifts and check out the neighborhood retailers and restaurants that have recently opened,” said Alisha Mottern, senior associate with Foulger-Pratt, the real estate investment firm that owns the Park Potomac mixed-used development.
Park Potomac, which opened in 2009, contains 304,000 square feet of office space, 101,000 square feet of retail space, and more than 550 residential units, including apartments, townhomes and high-rise condominiums.

Among the vendors attending the Makers Market are 44 Candle Co., Sweets by Caroline and Calluna Flower Truck. Park Potomac plans to hold the Mother’s Day Makers Market on an annual basis.
The Park Potomac Lawn is located at 12345 Park Potomac Avenue in Potomac.
