New DIG Location In Bethesda To Hold Grand Opening Celebration

BETHESDA, MD — Fast-casual restaurant DIG is holding a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday, Feb. 24 for the grand opening its new location in Bethesda.

DIG is also hosting a “See What’s Cooking” day on Friday, Feb. 23 to give the community a sneak peek at the restaurant.

The new location at 4733 Elm Street in Bethesda will be DIG’s first location in Maryland. The brand has more than 30 restaurants, including one in Georgetown.

DIG, an upscale fast-casual restaurant, serves chef-prepared seasonal comfort food. The menu offers a variety of scratch-made dishes including plates, salads, and desserts prepared daily by a chef and culinary team.

The community is invited to attend and celebrate the grand opening of the new location. The first 100 customers to visit the Bethesda location on Saturday will receive free tote bags with Spindrift seltzers and a chance to win a three-month membership to Equinox Bethesda Fitness Club.

In addition, 100 percent of opening day walk-in sales will be donated to Manna Food Center, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to ending hunger in Montgomery County. DIG is also inviting the community bring non-perishable foods like grains, fruits, vegetables and protein for donation to Manna Food Center.

Saturday’s grand opening will start at 11 a.m. at 4733 Elm Street. RSVPs are recommended for Friday’s “See What’s Cooking” day.
