New Doctor to Head Executive Healthcare Services' Bethesda Office
Dr. Kyle Smith will head the team of specialists at the practice's newest location in Bethesda, which will open later this year.

From VeraSolve: Executive Healthcare Services (EHS), the Washington, D.C. area’s leading concierge medical practice, has one more stethoscope around the office these days: this month, EHS welcomes Dr. Kyle Smith to the team. Dr. Smith will head the team of care specialists at the practice’s newest location in Bethesda, Md., which is slated to open later this year. Until then, he will be practicing at the Reston, Va. office.
“After an exhaustive, three-year search, we knew immediately that Dr. Smith had the intellect, experience and commitment to patient care that fits EHS’ high standards,” said Dr. Kevin Kelleher, co-founder of and physician at Executive Healthcare Services.
Hailing from Grand Rapids, Mich., Dr. Smith is a board-certified family physician who was an attending physician at MedStar Medical Group in Chevy Chase, Md. prior to joining EHS. Dr. Smith graduated Magna Cum Laude from his undergraduate university, Hope College (Mich.), where he was captain of the varsity track and field team, and then went on to study medicine at Wayne State University (Mich.). He completed the Ann Arbor Family Medicine Residency at the University of Michigan, a top-ten medical school according to U.S. News and World Report.

A well-rounded physician, Dr. Smith has spent time in both France and Guatemala improving his foreign language skills. He is fluent in Spanish and French and enjoys speaking to patients in either language, as well as English.
Dr. Smith says he is excited to be part of EHS’ concierge practice, which affords him the time to develop relationships with his patients and the opportunity to focus on preventative care.

“More than anything else, the EHS model of family medicine allows me to provide exceptional continuity of care to my patients with an emphasis on personalized care,” said Dr. Smith. “Both of which are critical to improving life-long health and well-being.”
Dr. Kelleher and EHS’ other co-founder, Dr. Mark Vasiliadis, are glad to have found the perfect doctor for their practice’s new location.
“Dr. Smith’s traditional family medicine values were apparent from our first meeting,” said Dr. Vasiliadis. “Those values, paired with his desire to break from the current volume-based care model to our model, which allows him to provide more personalized care, makes him a perfect fit for EHS.”
Dr. Smith began his tenure with the practice in early March as a part-time family practitioner at the Reston location. He will be available Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays and will focus largely on acute care as he further develops his expertise in the EHS model of concierge care. He will transition to the new Bethesda location when it opens this summer.
“Dr. Smith continues to impress us with his can-do attitude and his eagerness to start expanding and improving the care we offer,” said Dr. Kelleher. “We are excited about the skills and expertise he is bringing to EHS Bethesda.”
