At Big Train Summer Baseball camp, kids will get the chance to be coached by coaches, players, and the manager of Big Train baseball, a collegiate baseball team that plays each summer at Shirely Povich Field.

2.) Imagination Stage

runs a variety of theater and arts-based camps throughout the summer with flexible sessions.

3.) Bach to Rock

Kids will learn what it’s like to play in a real live rock band – including performing live – at Bach to Rock’s summer camps.

4.)  The Y

YMCA of Bethesda-Chevy Chase offers 29 local summer camp options from sports  and crafts to science and arts.

5.) Summer at Norwood

Summer at Norwood is based at Bethesda’s , and activities include performing arts, science and technology, outdoor adventures, academic enrichment, cooking, and sports. It’s geared towards children aged 3 ½ to 14.
