
Montgomery County police recently released a summary of crimes in the county from Feb. 14 to Feb. 22. Following is a summary of recent crimes in Bethesda.
Feb. 16
- Graffiti was found in the elevator of the county parking garage sometime between 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 16 and 12:44 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 17.

- A commercial burglary happened at the Foot & Ankle Medical Specialists at 5225 Pooks Hill Road sometime between Thursday, Feb. 17 and Monday, Feb. 21. Property was taken, but there was no forced entry.
Feb. 18
- An attempted residential burglary happened sometime between Friday, Feb. 18 and Monday, Feb. 21 in the 5900 block of Searl Terrace. There was attempted forced entry, but the home wasn’t accessed.
