BETHESDA, MD — Food services management company Sodexo is moving its U.S. headquarters from Gaithersburg to a new office building in North Bethesda, according to Federal Realty Investment Trust, developer of the building.

The Paris-based company’s U.S. division is scheduled to move into a 52,000-square-foot office in Federal Realty’s 24-acre Pike & Rose mixed-use development in spring 2024.

Sodexo’s decision to move its U.S. headquarters from Gaithersburg to North Bethesda "continues to solidify Pike & Rose as the office destination in Montgomery County," Stuart Biel, senior vice president of Federal Realty, said in a statement Wednesday.
