Suspect In Theft Of Electric Wheelchair In Bethesda Spotted In Video
Montgomery County Police released video of a suspect on Monday in the theft of an electric wheelchair that occurred on Oct. 26 in Bethesda.

BETHESDA, MD — The Montgomery County Police Department released video of a suspect on Monday in the theft of an electric wheelchair that occurred on Oct. 26 in downtown Bethesda.
The suspect entered an apartment building in the 4900 block of Hampden Lane in Bethesda and stole a person’s electric wheelchair that was in the parking garage.
Montgomery County Police detectives, who reviewed the surveillance cameras of the apartment building and obtained video of the suspect, are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect.

Anyone with information about the suspect or the crime is asked to call the police department's 2nd District Patrol Investigations Unit at 240-773-6726 or 240-773-TIPS or contact Crimes Solvers of Montgomery County toll-free at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477). A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered for information that leads to the arrest of the suspect.
