Switch Off the Lights Saturday to Battle Climate Change
Participate in Earth Hour by shutting off the lights for one hour Saturday beginning at 8:30p.m.

Will you participate in Earth Hour?
Earth Hour launched in 2007 in Sydney, Australia when over 2 million people and 2,000 people shut off their lights for an hour to battle climate change, according to WWF, the group that organizes the event.
Since then, Earth Hour has grown to become a global movement. In 2010, individuals and businesses in 128 countries took part by going dark for an hour. Iconic structures including the CN tower in Toronto, Canada, the Sydney Harbor Bridge, the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, and Rome’s Colosseum have all switched off the lights to participate, according to WWF.
