Woman Vandalized Tesla In School Parking Lot, Police Seek Suspect
Police are asking the public to help identify a woman they say vandalized a Tesla at Walter Johnson High School; watch the video.
BETHESDA, MD — Police are asking the public to help identify a woman they say vandalized a Tesla in the parking lot of Walter Johnson High School on Rock Spring Drive.
Montgomery County police released video of the woman appearing to use a car key to scratch the electric vehicle. (See video below.)
The incident happened about 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday, July 8. The video shows a woman with her hair in a bun or ponytail wearing a baseball hat, large sunglasses, a patterned long-sleeve shirt and dark leggings who walked up to the 2023 Tesla that was parked in the school parking lot.

She used what appeared to be keys or some sharp object to scratch the side of the Tesla before walking away.
