$25K Reward For Information About The Fatal Shooting Of Capitol Heights Man In Parking Garage
A $25K reward has been offered for information that leads to an arrest and indictment in the fatal shooting of a Capitol Heights man.
LANDOVER, MD — Detectives are investigating a fatal shooting that happened in the Landover area Saturday morning. A reward of up to $25,000 has been offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in the case.
On June 7 at approximately 4:40 a.m., Prince George's police officers were called to the 400 block of Warfield Drive for the report of an unresponsive man. Officers found 31-year-old Dequan Clinkscale of Capitol Heights outside in a parking garage with a gunshot wound(s). He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to Prince George's Police.
Detectives are working to determine a motive and identify a suspect(s). Detectives said they do not believe this was a random crime.
